Prince Rupert Special Events' Vendor Permit Application for Seafest 201
1 must be completed and submitted to the Prince Rupert Special Events Society office. Further information is available in the Seafest 2011 Vendor Permit Rules.

Vendors must complete Northern Health's
Application for a Temporary Food Permit and submit the application to the Environmental Health Officer for approval 14 days prior to the event.

Each food booth is required to have two FOODSAFE certified people. Please review the details in the Seafest 2011 Vendor Permit Rules.

For your convenience, we have also included a checklist.
The Prince Rupert Special Events Society sells collapsible metal frame garbage bag holders for $15.00 (taxes included). This is at cost to us, and a service for you, the vendor. Please purchase and use these or use your own large garbage containers. You need to supply the garbage bags.
