Indemnity Agreement In consideration of this entry, we waive and release all and any rights of claim for damages we may have or acquire against Rupert Special Events Society, the City of Prince Rupert and or any sponsor of the event, for any and all injuries and damages caused to or by us, and we acknowledge the rules laid down to govern this event, and that it remains our responsibility as entrants to act and govern ourselves in such a manner as to be responsible for our own safety. *
